Removal of age spots with a picosecond laser

Painless, with no scars or marks. Our unique picosecond laser halves the session time and minimises the number of sessions.

How laser removal of age spots works

The procedure itself looks like a series of rapid flashes of light over the pigmented area of skin.

Removing the pigmented spot is painless: the patient may feel only a slight tingling where the beam acts. If the hypermelanosis is on a particularly sensitive area, local anaesthesia can be used so that the patient feels no discomfort.

Fine pigmentation and small freckles disappear

Shallow wrinkles are smoothed out

Skin tone evens out

Skin elasticity improves

The body copes with pathogenic microflora, which gives an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect

How a PICOsecond laser and professional cosmetics make your skin radiant and well-groomed

First a nano-gel is applied: microparticles of carbon dioxide. They are black, so the laser "sees" them under the skin. This is a carbon amplifier, thanks to which the effect of the procedure increases many times over.

The carbon gel dries and "sticks" to the surface horny scales of the epidermis, sebum and remnants of cosmetics and penetrates into the pores...

Then a powerful laser explodes the gel on the surface of the skin, and during this explosion the horny particles are cleansed of all impurities.

After the procedure a moisturising mask gives your skin the full power of natural ingredients and vitamin complexes.

Besides the immediate effects of the procedure there are delayed ones, for example the dermis is stimulated. Sebum production normalises, the pores narrow and you will see a rejuvenating and lifting effect.

The questions we are asked most often

How should I prepare for the procedure?
All you need to do is remove all make-up, lotions and other products.

We can do that for you too.

But if you have herpes or purulent or open wounds on the skin, they must be treated first.
Can pregnant and breastfeeding mothers have carbon peeling?
Dear mothers, no. What matters more to you: your baby's health or a carbon peeling?

Nobody has studied the effect of the laser on a baby. Whether it can harm the baby or not, nobody knows at present.

You will agree that it is sensible to postpone the carbon peeling.

We will be happy to see you once you have stopped breastfeeding.
Does it hurt?
No.

A laser pulse lasts only one trillionth of a second and does not damage the surrounding tissue.

Most clients feel slight warmth, tingling or a mild prickling. No local anaesthesia is needed.
What are the contraindications?
Yes, there are contraindications.

They are:
— Pregnancy;
— breastfeeding;
— inflammatory elements on the skin of the face;
— oncological diseases;
— chronic diseases in the decompensation stage;
— keloid scars;
— taking vitamin A analogues;
— individual intolerance.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on the individual characteristics of your skin, but usually 5 to 10 sessions.
How long does a session last?
Just 30 minutes. This includes the doctor's consultation and the procedure itself.
How should I take care of my skin after the procedure?
There are only two recommendations:

— Protect yourself from the sun as much as possible for the first 10 days after the procedure;

— use SPF 50+ sunscreen every day.
