Processing of personal data

In fulfilment of the requirements of the European Commission's law "On personal data" ( BDAR 5 straipsnio 1 dalis ir 39 konstatuojamoji dalis / 29 straipsnio darbo grupės nuomonė 03/2013 dėl tikslo apribojimo principo (WP 203)

I consent to the processing of my personal data in order to take my individual characteristics into account, with the aim of optimising the quality of the services provided, receiving the necessary recommendations and maximum discounts on subsequent services. I consent to receiving information from the PINKOVA aesthetic laboratory by SMS, e-mail and telephone calls.

This consent is given without a time limit. By personal data I mean any information relating to me as a data subject, including my surname, first name and telephone number. By processing of personal data I mean collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including transfer), anonymisation, blocking, destruction and any other actions (operations) with personal data. I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the following procedure for withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data: if I withdraw this consent in writing, the operator is obliged to stop processing the data and to destroy my personal data within no more than three working days from the date the withdrawal is received.
